Support Cycle Challenge

Robert and his team successfully completed this cycle ride on June 16th but it’s not too late to get involved as you can still make a donation on Robert’s BTdonate site here.

Almost £54,000 has been raised so far so we give a massive THANK YOU! to everyone who sponsored Robert. Let’s see if we can get to £55,000 before the donation site closes next month…

Thank you for supporting Robert and his team and their magnificent achievement!

Rev gears up for a mega cycle challenge!

You would think that in his mid-70s Robert de Berry might be taking it easy. But you would be wrong! The retired Church of England vicar is celebrating his 75th birthday by undertaking a staggering 750-mile bike ride to raise funds for Release and Christian Solidarity Worldwide.

The sponsored ride starts in Cape Wrath in the north of Scotland on May 16, and ends in Peacehaven, East Sussex, on June 16. Robert, who hopes that he and his 14 fellow riders will raise a total of £50,000, is looking for more people to join him for some or all of the way so if you enjoy cycling and would like to help persecuted Christians please do get in touch. Churches along the route have offered accommodation for participants as well as opportunities to pray for persecuted Christians.
