North Korea: 'Cautious optimism' for Yoo Sang-joon

An RI partner says there is 'cautious optimism' about the plight of Yoo Sang-joon, a North Korean Christian facing repatriation after being caught in China helping other refugees escape. Helping Hands Korea says it appears that the courts have decided to fine Yoo instead. Please pray that he will be freed immediately.
